Any koi keepers in lincolnshire
Hello kept my own koi since 1996 and my dad had me involved with his since 1980s , back when filters were simple and always turned off in winter how times change i guess , i have 3000gallons in ground pond with a pain in the arse bridge and when i get time i will build it up which will give me alot more water and easier to bowl up koi until then im old school
Pump fed to 110w uv
To a nexus 320 and back to pond be nice to interact with koi keepers from all over and obviously lincolnshire im based in ruskington near sleaford Screenshot_20230501_102728_Gallery.jpg

Here's your new house.......
Only know about it because a work mate showed me a shortlist of properties he was considering as he is thinking of moving to Boston and commuting down from there, as he can get so much more for his money. He has no interest in ponds/fish, just has 4 kids and getting 5 bedroom houses in or around London for this kind of money is a non-starter so he's considering the long distance commute option:

When I saw the pond and the double garage and the cellar type room for grow-on ponds I was sold! My dream house in every way.Last edited by RS2OOO; 05-05-2023 at 04:48 PM.

not bad bang for the buck either
property prices are very keen especially in north lincolnshire.
we can sell up, buy a decent 3 bed detached bungalow 15 mins from the coast, and still bank 150k to reinvest.
means we could both be retired in a couple of years.
the trouble with just looking.... is finding a great property and not being ready to buy it
wondered why it was so cheap....
just found the location slap bang between a drainage river (flood risk) and railway line right next to your back window
