Hiya, thanks for the reply,
To measure I've decided the pond into 4,
Top level, the big bit you can see is roughly 3m wide x 4.6m long
the bit that goes under the bridge is 1.6m wide x 3m long
All this section is approx 600mm deep
Bottom level that's currently under water,
The big bit you can see is 1.8m wide x 3.2m long
The bit under the bridge is 1.2m wide x 3m long
The underwater bit is approx 700mm deep.
So,
3x4.6x.6
1.6x3x.6
1.8x3.2x.7
1.2x3x.7
= 17.8c/m so roughly 18000 litres

Before I fill the pond up I'll get a water meter fitted to the hose pipe so I'll know the exact volume which I'm looking into now.
There's lots of different makes out there so I'm looking to find one that's reliably accurate.

Great shape and setting for the pond . Always wanted a bridge over mine , but not practible with the way I rebuilt mine.
