Can’t comment on a tempest as never had one but do a search here and you’ll find some thoughts about them, I’d say you need to get clean water over a shower so after a drum or sieve really. What about a sieve and then a bio box for main filtration?

So bottom drain straight to sieve then into moving bio chamber and pumped back mid feed guys

Just a thought I'd need two pumps wouldn't I from sieve to bio moving chamber then after bio back to the pond ????

Not if you are running’s gravity set up (I.e filter water levels and pond water levels the same) you’ll pump out of bio which will suck water through the sieve from the pond

Got you mate Ty I was told be someone you can't gravity feed a bio chamber like I said before I've only had multi chamber filters .
