New member, new pond, new filter, new Koi. Hello

    Hello all.
I am on my Koi pond Mk4 now, so after 25 years of keeping Koi I guess I'm rather late to the forum!
I have a serious affliction in that I am a DIY nut and like to design and build stuff.

I began sharing what I did with family and friends long before "social media" existed. Back when emailing a picture took all evening I found it best to create webpages for interested friends and family to look at if they felt like it.
The habit stuck, so to share my latest project I will drop links to my site into the relevant topic headings for anyone who is interested to have a look.

Scroll down through the webpage below to see my pond design and construction and filter design, construction and operation.

    https://www.ukzero.com/pond5M.htm

    I hope it's of interest.

Wow, what a pond and what a filter room! Thanks for sharing. I will enjoy reading through that tonight. Is there anything you would have done differently if you built it again?

Thank you very much for the kind comments.
I did notice a few questions.
I will answer these, but will post the answers in the Pond Construction and Pond Build Diaries section, which seems more appropriate.
I suggest that any further replies might be better there as well?
    Thanks
