New member
Hi
new forum member that’s been lurking in the background for a week or so. This looks a great forum for me to learn and better my koi keeping skills.
We’ve had the pond since we moved into the house just over 10 years ago, resited from a ground level to a raised sleeper, when changing the garden setup and will probably upgrade in a few years to experience a BD which I now know is a bottom drain 😀
pond started life as a mixed fish that has evolved into 10 Koi mixed of Israeli, a single Japanese and one goldfish that survived when I tried to go Koi exclusive! Missus is not keen now to get rid as it’s grown on her.
im based near Wolverhampton/ Dudley so look forward to asking questioning and being more involved
cheers Al

Some photographs, never had an issue with fish (touch wood)so please be gentle with any constructive criticism it’s a raised sleeper approx 18-1900 gallons. Lilies are successful and the fish purchased as 4-6 inch youngsters
I’ll try to get some decent quality fish photos as I can
