    EA10000 not running

    Hi,I have this morning checked the pond to find the pump not running, the dis play is showing the number 1, I unplugged and restarted the pump, the speed displays and then reverts to the number 1. The pump runs gravity fed with nexus.

    Sure that there isn’t a blockage either entering or exiting your filter, I use filter wool in the exit of my nexus on my grow on and that can clog and starve the pump if I don’t keep cleaning it?

    Good evening, I spoke with EA today, the chap was very helpful but could not explain why or what the code was, he did however offer a deal on a replacement. I have now ordered a replacement.
