    Benifical bacteria product named byofix

Ihave been plagued by fines the last 6 months checked everything in the pond, vaccumed the bottom, 10% and 25% water changers on alternate weeks and reduced food but still have murky water, the pond is 4foot deep. I have put fleece mat near outlet. My filter system is a Oase screenmatic 90000 with a flow rate at 16000 to 30000 and reduced to 12000 at night just to fix the problem but to no avail. I have tried different products to try to clear the murky water some work better than others but within a week or so murky water again. UV bulbs have been changed but the water looks mainly slight brownish colour. I came across this product called Byofix has any member used it,would welcome any ideas.

The screenmatic is not a great filter. Lots of people complain of the same issues.

I'd start by replacing that, or maybe fit an up flow filter after the pump.
2660 Gallons. 4" Bottom Drain and Skimmer. Draco Solum 16 Drum. Anoxic Filtration. Air lift returns.
