    EA Air pump 70

    Morning All,

    My pond is built, finally. Quick question regarding Air pump 70 as i do not have a (filter house). I understand the EA air pump 70 cannot get wet or frosty etc.

    If i housed it in a large enough waterproof box would this be ok?

    I read it requires a bit of ventiliation and could run hot? I can add slotted air vents to help.

    I had one in a wooden enclosure that I built. It was well ventilated and worked fine.
    7500 litres
    Filtreau combi with uv.
