    Variable speed pump recommendations

What are peoples opinions on the different makes of variable speed pond pump ? , namely the E.A, Pond expert type I'm looking to replace my bead filter media with KI Micro and in turn run a smaller pump than my current one being an Artesian which uses a lot of electricity pond volume is 3500 gallons with a drum filter.

Depends on how many lph you want.
Smaller 10,000 and 20,000 lph EA are a good bet.

But for some reason the higher lph EA pumps are higher wattage than the same lph rated aquaforte...

Or the likes of a blue eco 900 4flow or flow friend, if you have £2000 to splash on a pump

I’m using a pond xpert and it seems to work well.

The EA pump looks very similar to the Jebao TSP , linked above . Cheaper than the EA . I have the 20000 model , and have found it very reliable and economical . Only uses 185W at full power .

You can offer direct from that seller and it’s a couple of quid cheaper and generally product arrives next day with free delivery

I've recently had the EA 20000 installed. So far it has impressed, creates great flow in my pond and is easily controllable.
Gaz does them at a great price.

EAs all the way for me.

Ive sold loads now and only one issue which I swiftly resolved.

The Wholesaler is out of stock but I have several here if that helps anyone.

    Cheers
