Please you have ordered one... if you keep the grinder swinging gently like a pendulum it should ease the strain and obviously use gravity of the heavy head as much as you can too, it will also ease pressure on your arms and hopefully give a smoother finish.
Another main thing, just in case you did not know, do not force it to speed the grinding up, let the tool do it's work at the pace it does, forcing will add stress to it, cause it to wear out quicker and be more dangerous
Glass rebate - Not gospel but I was informed that 5mm sides and bottom rebate was normal and I believe that is the measure I have seen the most used on here too

I’m gonna cut the rebate slightly bigger and order the glass the specific size I want to get a bit more overlap to be sure. It’s a massive window
It’s going to be a mighty struggle to get this window in place being 200kg

Is it low iron? It doesn’t specify on the order page if it’s low iron as in it doesn’t have a slightly green tinge?

Had a bad few days constant bad luck.
So my grinding cups arrived and I was going to start grinding but I decided to be safe and ordered a Bosch dust extractor and a dust shroud for the grinder.
Waited 2 days and they arrived
Turned out the Bosch doesn’t come with a battery and it’s cordless even though description did mention a battery but small print says no battery.
Ordered a Bosch battery which claimed to be for all Bosch 18v stuff
Waited 2 days and it arrived but turned out to be wrong battery
Ordered a battery again today which should hopefully be the right one but meanwhile I’ve spent the last 5 hours trying to remove the bloody locking nut off my grinder. Tried bashing the hell out of it and heating it with a hair dryer and wd40... nothing is budging it

Is the locking nut left hand thread? Try turning it the opposite way

Try grabbing the nut in a vice and then turning the body

nothing would budge it. So I went and bought a new one.
Spent 3 hours grinding and didn’t really make a dent.
Got a quote of 1000 quid to fiberglass and I provide all the fiberglass and resin since I already have it.
He said he will use thin foam boards that flex to the shape and I shouldn’t see it once full with water. Hopefully all will turn out ok
Now I need to find time to finish my shed so he can fiberglass the shed roof at same time

Can anyone recommend a good trellis product that I can use for the back of my wall around the pond?
I want one that will last a long time as I won’t ever be able to access it unless neighbours allow me access to their gardens in future or if I climb over the pond

Every day feeding container?
Good shout, I'll have a look at Takazumi :)
