Sieve would be a good shout,Iíve been thinking along these lines myself before my nexus as like you Iím pump fed also, thereís a guy on YouTube who has a channel called ďkoi chroniclesĒ He runs a setup similar to what I think your looking for-pump to sieve (which is elevated) then feeds to inlet of easypod which then feeds a moving bed before returning to pond, worth a look as itíll give you an idea of what it looks like,Iím pretty sure he says itís very effective

Thanks Dan, that looks like a strange way to connect a compact sieve as it looks from that photo that he's got the feed from the sieve coming out of where the over flow should be? I definitely will need to see the video to check it out

Although on a second look it appears he's got the waste and the outlet feeding the Eazy Pod

Yeh I think thatís the one mate,i did think after I posted I should of just linked the vid but not 100% sure how to do it,I couldnít comment on how itís connected etc as Itís not something Iíve ever fitted
Iíve recently fitted a 200 instead of my pod which Iím happy with but Iím tempted by a sieve in front of that so would need something similar as Iím pump fed also

    Nice one Dan

It's always a problem putting links etc on here with my phone and there was me thinking it was just me lol

I feel much better now, thanks

I think the next video I will check out on there is how he built his moving bed filter using what looks to be a small vortex chamber. Not sure about the foam fractionator in the Eazy Pod though!!!
