    It would be good to see a few pictures of the pipe work coming from the top of the bead filter and the return to the pond. Can't quite work out where the water goes. Does one section of pipe run into a drain somewhere.
    Unfortunately, uv bulbs lose effectiveness after a year even when they are still working so best to replace this.

    Steve, so sorry to hear your sad news, life can be a at times can't it. Condolences to mum and family.
