Trickle in dechlorinator for 12.5 litres per hour

I am looking to upgrade my dechlorination system as its woefully underrated for my pond, i'm a cheapskate so I got what I could afford at the time, the way I see it I have two options

    1. use a liquid dechlorinator with a auto dosing pump
    2. Use a carbon propitiatory dechlorinator, cartridge style
    3. Some kind of home made thingy

My pond is 4600 gallons which is roughly 21,000 litres at 10% per week that's
    2,100 litres per week
    300 litres per day
    12.5 litres per hour

So my question is what dechlorinator will safely do 12.5 litres per hour, not what the manufacturers say but what will it actually do

What are your thoughts and any pictures links etc

I need it to be automatic but I don't mind doing the automation/software/sensors etc, I just need it to work

4600 Gallon Concrete Block and Fiberglass
2100 mm x 710 mm Infinity Window 32mm thick glass
2 x Aerated Bottom Drains and Skimmer
    Filtreau HiFlow 30 Drum Filter
    Bio Chamber - 140 litres K1
Bakki Shower - 30 KG Sakura Far Infrared Media
    2 x 18,000 lh pumps
Heated from house boiler through a heat exchanger
    Idealseal MS290

If I use a dosing pump can I also dose bi-carb? I have a Jebao Dosing Pump Dp-4 already off the marine tank that I am not using

Ive recently bought a 36" tall blue carbon filter and have been impressed so far after getting rid of the 3 pod filter, full flow it will pass 126 litres an hour and doesnt show any chlorine using the dpd4 tablets

Mine was around £95, reckon that will do 2 1/2 fills maybe.
    Mine is the “medium” size

My 3 pod was the 10" version, not sure about refills for charcoal filters but i now run my trickle at 300ml per minute and can relax not worrying about chlorine

I think my 10" 3 pods struggle with 6 litres per hour
