I know the feeling, nearly 59 then I will go to 4 days a week. & retire at 60 but my two pensions will be on hold for 5 years. Luckily other half has a decent pension from work & she retires next week

I know and I've got it everywhere at 40. I'm all ready looking at a change of career.
I'm popping pills for fun just to make it bearable.

I know what you mean Fred.
As I mentioned earlier, some people are just lucky with how long they can keep going, but you often find they are the ones that have a sudden heart attack or similar out of no where and it's game over!!!
Fuck me!! That's a cheery thought for the day, isn't it

Fair play. Good luck to your other half mate
And congratulations to her.
My advice to anyone. If you can afford it retire as early as you can and enjoy it.

Just had a quick look myself and didn't realise it came out in 1987?
There were pictures of the cast as they are now and she looks a bit different now
