Draco or Not
Hi all
i asked this question on another thread but as things do they can get missed so i thought better off starting a new thread
Below i've posted two links to videos of my pond the first one you will see water quality is not to bad, just after taking this video i put jap matting ,filter wool sandwich in my nexus 48 hrs later i took the next video and the water quality has improved but as you can see there's still a lot of fines in the water, barring in mind i'm pump fed would a drop in Draco make any difference?
Wjsh i had gone gravity fed but can't justify ripping the decking up plus the Colonel would throw a fit

Because i'm pump fed i know there muck gets chewed up before entering the nexus my concern is would i be wasting money trying to get all the fines because they would be just to fine for a drum
Thanks Colin

A draco would clear those fines out no problem at all, guaranteed.

At Koi shows and Open days Draco often sell drums at a 10% discount if purchased on the day.
In view of the current situation where those events aren't happening, you might be able to negotiate something similar. I spoke to Cuttlebrook knowing Draco do 10% off on the Cuttlebrook Open days and told them I wouldn't be able to attend but could they reserve me a drum with the 10% off and I'd pay a deposit now.
They called me back later that afternoon and said it would be shipped immediately if I pay in full now, less the 10%, so I did.
Mine went on a credit card, interest free for 12 Months (last July/August), and think I've thereabouts paid it off now. Not a great idea in current situation if you can't guarantee ongoing regular income, but otherwise worth considering.
