[QUOTE=markf1fan;248723]Why would you want a waste valve
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk[/QUOTE I asked this because thinking of replacing my oase proficlear compact with a queni 22 drum filter and with my oase drum I have to purge the dirty sidev of drum monthly because get loads of smelly waste sitting in there also I use this drain to purge bottom drain pipework as I had no room to get a t and valve in bottom drain pipework to purge direct so I do it through valve on dirty side of drum the drum that coastal koi sells the aqua drum also as a drain valve on the drum so you can drain it if you need to do any maintenance on the drum and need to drain it how do you do it if there's no way of emptying drum of water ]

Well after 8 months of now running the Queni 22 drum filter and jbr bio chamber and also shower I can say that I love the drum and bio set up. These have run faultlessly and hardly any maintenance is needed at all with the drum. Am having a day trip to Queni koi tomo 28th and looking forward to seeing the brand new outlet. I would recommend a Queni drum with a jbr plastics bio chamber all the time.
