mine is doing the same thing this morning if you...
mine is doing the same thing this morning if you give it a little manual help it turns then judders and stops .......will have to get me tools out and hope it is just needs a tighten up ......

on a riser it should be ok as long as it is not too far down or it may slide out.........i prefer the metal/rubber bung as it will hold a lot more pressure back , if you have access to use one...
