Barlus underwater camera
After losing some Koi recently I decided to get an in pond video camera. There isn’t a lot of choice but Barlus had some decent reviews so I got one.
Fiddly to set up but I can now view the fish and monitor their well-being even with covers on the pond.
The quality of video is very good and I’m hoping that the camera lasts a good while.
To be able to view the Koi at any time day or night is really great for my peace of mind.
For me it’s one of the best £200 I’ve spent on the pond.

That’s most impressive Denise.Mine has arrived, daisy chained router & monitor hopefully
installed & ready for Xmas.
Camera build quality appears to be very good. Some owners complained about fitting
instructions poor. Did you find that.?

If they paid someone to translate the instructions into proper English they would sell loads more.
They do have a technical support but it takes 12 hours for them to come back to you by which time you have already figured it out. There are a few youtube videos that helped a bit.
Once it's up and running it really is amazing. So much so that I am going to get another one for the other end of the pond :-)
You do need to download the phone app.XMEye so you can view on your phone or tablet.
Good luck :-)
Just to add, if you don't have a window in your pond or just want to view the fish whilst you are away from home (who doesn't) this is ideal.

Ugh ! I have just skimmed through the instructions & realise that it will not be straightforward for me, as you say, the you tube videos will assist.
Many thanks for your good advice,.
