Question Connecting two bottom drains to a nexus 320

Hi i am revamping my piping as it was completed several years ago professionally whilst i was in poor health, presently both drains are connected to the nexus, i want to make it easy as possible so if i have any issues i cannot purge my drains. Unfortunately i am disabled so any advice and pics i would be grateful, at the moment each pipe has a slide valve fitted and how they are connected i cannot get any drain cleaning pipe down because of the 4 inch elbows from the nexus inlet thank you

    Hi,
I too have 4" elbows in 110mm drain that standard rods will not go down.

Trying several options, the one that worked for me was a drain cleaning hose for a pressure washer like this. It has 1 forward and 3 backward facing jets. If you put it part way in and turn it on, it pulls itself through the pipe all the way to the bottom drain. I then pull it back slowly and let it blast any crud off the pipe walls and base. I'm always amazed at the crud that comes back through the pipe into my nexus/drum.

If you are unlucky enough to suffer from blanket weed, that can be a pain in the bottom drains, slowing the flow.
For that I use a drain snake, like this one.

    Hope that helps.
