Viewing window cleaning
Hi all,
Was wondering how everyone keeps the inside of their glass viewing window clean?
At the moment I'm using a broom but wondered what other methods people found better or easier.
Many thanks

Pool brush, shower tile cleaner on stick thing made by OXO, and powerful magnet thingy when the covers are on.

I also use the Oxo tile scrubber as well.
It works well, although if you allow algae to take hold in places, it does take a bit of elbow grease to get it off again.

Heavy duty extendable handled scraper, very very carefully into the water as close to the pond side as possible, then scape the window keeping the blade against the glass to avoid any contact with the koi, then polish with the OXO tile scrubber.

DONT use a magnet clamp. The issue is not on the inside but on the outside. If the window has any sand or grit the magnet clamp will grind it into the window scratching it.
I use a shaving razor blade on the inside - I can reach thankfully but I may make a plastic scraper with a bolt through it to hold the blade.14000l, my mutts: Chargoi (2010), Doitsu (2022), Tancho (2022), Kujaku (2022), Hi Utusri (2022)

there are razor algae cleaners used in reef tanks mainly to remove coralline algae growth (calcium)
i have an aquamedic one somwhere 6" wide with replaceable razors.
would not use it anywhere near a rubber liner though only on a fibreglassed pond, way to dangerous
i cut myself looking at one once
