Liner over or behind window.
I'm almost at the stage where I can install my window, I am installing a frame screwed to the blockwork from inside the pond that will support the window, I know you can either put the liner between blockwork and window or over the glass. I'm thinking between blockwork and window would be more water tight but is there not a danger that the liner could get punctured by the glass during installation as it's really heavy and difficult to manoeuvre? Any tips or thoughts?

As you plan sounds spot on to me, it removes the chance of the liner peeling away from the glass too!!
I'm sure it will be fine damage wise, the liner has some give in it, and the glass should be rounded with no sharps, you could always put a couple of plastic packers down to take the weight whilst installing, then pull them out after sealing and seal those gaps, I left my packers in until dry and then did like that.

You can install the window either way, by trapping the liner behind the glass or Sealing the liner straight on the glass.
I installed four windows on my pond and opted for sealing the liner straight onto the glass. The only reason I went that route was after looking at lots of you tube videos it seemed to be the easiest and simplest method and so far all most 3 years down the line no problems.
Both methods work, so it’s up to you and go with whatever you feel comfortable with.
It’s a big moment installing a window in a pond so good luck.
Don’t forget to post pics.

I did the same with my windows just make sure you use to use stainless steel screws, 316 grade if possible. The frames were 25mm deep and then I clad the walls with 25mm insulation so when the box liner went in it went straight over the glass.
The pic is my pond when I was building it.

I would definitely go with stainless steel screws, if you use ordinary steel screws they will rust away over time, even if they’re not in direct contact with the pond water, moisture will get to them.
Have you decided which way you’re going to do the install, liner on top or behind the glass.

I'm going to screw the frame in and see how well the liner sits before deciding Infront or behind the glass
