Cheap pump to drain pond
Can anyone recommend a cheap pump, just needed to drain gravity fed pond to storm drain as drainpipe is above the level of the pond water, ideally to accept 1.5” solvent weld pipe running from Kockney koi 10000v. Thanks

Have a look at Screwfix or Toolstation for a sump pump,you could use a 1.5" rubber boot.

Had one of these for 6 years, think I paid around £35 when it was on offer.
Used it for loads of stuff over the years, and have on a few occasions had it running continuously for a week at a time when I treat the pond and drop it in with the return pipe above water level to maintain oxygen levels:
