    Looking for an electrician

Hi all, my filter house is almost completed finally (see my build thread - first koi pond) so I'm looking out for an electrician to do my installation plugs, consumer unit etc. so if anyone here has any recommendations for a sparky who works around West Midlands (Birmingham) I'd love to hear from you. I'm looking to get the work done at end of July. I know google will give me multiple options but it's always favourite if somebody is recommended rather than taking pot luck from a Google search.
    TIA Andy

    Hi Andy,

If you can't get anyone there's a website that has all the Part P registered Electricians on. They are all NICEIC and NAPIT registered so at least you have someone to get in touch with if they don't do a good job.

    Try this link -

    https://electricalcompetentperson.co.uk/

Just put your post code into the box and it will bring up all the registered electricians in the area. Not sure if you have to set a maximum distance?

Andy, if you weren’t so far away from me I would have been more than happy to do your installation for you, been a sparky for 30 years, now retired.
Who ever you get, just make sure there registered.

Absolutely agree about using a registered electrician definitely not worth trying to cut corners with electric
