    what I did, I turn off the whole system and turned it back on. It happened twice.

    Yes, that essentially does the same reset.

    Always check the drum control panel after any maintenance to make sure the red LED is not lit.

    i did the reset but the problem is there.
    should I take those brown items from the filter and hang it on the pond while it is off?

    If the red light is on when the drum is not running a cleaning cycle then it indicates the drum safety cut out has kicked in.

    As mentioned before the usual cause for this is that the drum has been running for more than 4 minutes and thinks there's a problem, but the real cause is usually that you've taken water level in the Nexus too low during maintenance.

    A quick reset should resolve and if it doesn't the next port of call would be to check the float is at the correct level and working correctly.
