I may be wrong, but I am sure there was a recent thread about this (maybe within 6 months) with someone who had the exact same thing and the pond was bowing etc. I can't say 100% it was the same company but if you search the forum you may find it.

Hi, yes I've recently had one built too and we've got major issues with it, poor build quality, starting to bow, not level. Not happy with it at all. Have you contacted him about it?

Never heard of them. Just Googled them and their website is now defunct. The 12mm glass is an issue, but fibreglass boxes can be re-inforced quite easily so all is not lost I should think.
2660 Gallons. 4" Bottom Drain and Skimmer. Draco Solum 16 Drum. Anoxic Filtration. Air lift returns.

Its not fibreglass, its been built from sleepers which he put on their side not flat and a cheap liner.

Hi I've had the same thing. Build on mud so it's sinking, window is splitting, absolute mess, liner is leaking. They are cowboys I've persue a charge back through my credit card company and failing that as a consumer you can use section 75 to get a refund.

Absolutely cowboys which has resulted in me loosing fish due to having to constantly be in and out to patch up leaks.

Now looking for new pond before I have 5000 l of water pour out when the window finally gives way

I have fortunately got the credit card company to approve a full refund now I guess need to look at getting a new pond. I'm just so grateful they approved it was starting to cause us alot of worries. I would definitely go down that route I just supplied all the email trails and pictures I sent showing the damage and they approved it straight away.

    I am still waiting.

It's been three weeks heard nothing. Don't see how we can have any kind of leg to stand on. I've also just found that the photos on his site are not even their work of ponds they are another company!!!
