    opinions wanted

    for a short time, i am having to use an oase pond pump as a submersible without the cage round it....is this okay?

    Fish can get stuck to it . Personally I wouldn't is there any of fitting a piece of pipe with a stop cap and drill holes

    I agree with AJM - will be find if you can temporarily cage it to protect the fish as they are highly likely to ‘explore’ and injure themselves.
