So glad to have finally reached the point where water went into the pond. One slight weep on the tank connector I fitted. Fingers crossed no leaks materialise. Started to put some wall cladding on as I wanted to see what it looks like.Filter working nicely. Starting on filter roof tomorrow to try and make watertight and electrician yet to make final connection and fit lighting to cedar cladding. 2 months of solid work and finally it’s all coming together. A great feeling of satisfaction and relief.

Managed to finish off filter house which has included putting an EPDM rubber liver on and sedum modules to soften the housing. Lost a couple of fish in the build/swap over. KH is only 2 where I live so adjusting level with KH Buffer. Everything seems ok at the moment. A couple of fish with carp pox. Looking forward to adding some nice fish in the future. Nice to ha e the garden restored
