Atantic gardens mate. I emailed about 6 company's and they where the cheapest although only 3 got back to me in 2 days and I needed to get it ordered. The other 3 did eventually come back to me but they was all within £20 of each other really.
Absolute koi got back to me after 4 days and they was about £40 more but it would've been fitted by now as they said allow 5/7 days for delivery, so wish I'd gone with them.

Pond looks solid, coming along nicely.

Atlantica gardens were cheapest for both my liners also. It will get delivered directly from Gordon Low so it will be as good a quality as anywhere else.

Ok so I had a bit of a collapse on one side after all the rain we have been having.(basically the side where the old pond was that I had to fill up before concreting the base.) I managed to fill it back up but was a bit worried it would compact more with the weight of the water so I was going to put marine ply down this side but wow thats expensive and I didn't really want to put wood underground.

Any way I found this stuff online,
Its sheets of lpde. Its 350mm in the ground then screwed to sleepers.

Did you run rebar within the collar ? Lapping slightly on the corners ?

Don’t want to worry you but if you read rs pond build I’m sure he had similar and then they cracked! Read through his post. He did repair it from what I read but keep a eye out for cracks etc. He said where he didn’t have rebar is where the cracks happened.

Yeah I've read though his post mate and his posted on this thread about it, I'm hoping it'll be OK as its smaller than rs2000's so shouldn't be as much weight.

Funny you mention this. I think another crack might be forming, next to the split I repaired at the end of last summer.

Last year's cracks started in mid summer as well. I think it might be caused by the soil drying out and shrinking which is leaving nothing to hold back the collar so the water pressure on the other side is pushing it outwards.

I regret not putting more rebar in, more so as I had rebar left over.

What's the solution mate. Have you thought about it with out having to rebuild the pond. Is there away around it.
    Feel for you mate.

Sorry to hear you've had a problem like that Rog.

I hope you get it sorted ASAP. May have been a good job it happened before you fitted the liner and filled it up?

Not sure if it would help others but maybe going for a deeper and wider collar may help with the over all strength of it?
