    Finally finished my new pond

    Its been a long time since I was last on this forum and plenty of things have happened.
    Anyway I have finally finished my new pond at my home in Wigan'

    2 x Aerated Bottom Drains and Skimmer
    Filtreau HiFlow 30 Drum Filter
    Bio Chamber - 140 litres K1
    Bakki Shower - 30 KG Sakura Far Infrared Media
    2 x 18,000 lh pumps
    Idealseal MS290

    Yeah things have moved on but even so a sieve and a bead is still a good set up!
    Something well worth considering even now for a new build

    Yeah that's my thoughts exactly....In real terms I have 2 separate filter systems fed off my sieve and each return has a 55w uv in the line.
    I can just run 1 system in the winter
