Nice one Fred
People like him will never get the message unfortunately as they know so much more than anybody else does.
Don't waste anymore time with Delusional Boy, Fred just stick him on your ignore list and let him talk to himself. Maybe he'll listen to himself as he sure don't listen to anyone else !!!

New Pond Extension
Only Neil playing Russian Roulette with his fish
And to think I was worried about having 6 in a 4500 “new” pond!
Anyway, your barrel lids Neil, I’d suggest if you’re unsure then maybe leave off every other one for a week, then alternate, see if moving them around corresponds with any change in water chemistry. I’d probably keep a spreadsheet.
Keep us posted.

Maybe Delusional Boy is currently on Amazon or Ebay looking for landing nets and rubble sacks so when his fish start dying off at an alarmingly fast rate he's got something to get them out of the pond with and then to bury them in.

As for your short bald comment hitting a sore point, you couldn't hit a horse's arse with a barn door.

You really are a Muppet mate. I've read a bunch of your posts and most of them you are slagging people off being rude and no constructive input. Yes I might be a Thailand bird brain, but hay I've been called worse......oh no I forgot it's just banter
How's the hair cut?

Thanks for the links, I actually have a 36W UV plumbed into my waterfall discharge line already.
Since talking with the Koi breeder here in Phuket we have rearranged my static media beds to moving beds and he says my current UV is plenty as it's running 8 hours a day.

Another good day at the pond. I've just added a second UV, this one is 30w submersible type that was so easy to install. I just removed the 3 inch elbow on my discharge line and replaced it with a Tee, cut out a wooden support and popped it in, ran a bead of silicon around the top and bobs your uncle.
