You could try laying some newspaper on the water to help soak it up

I’ve think most of it off the surface but just worried about the long terms effects in the fish and the filter

I’ve done some water testing
PH 8
KH 7
GH 9
NH3 0
NO2 0.5
NO3 0.5-1
I’ve chucked in some EA pond balls as that’s all I’ve got. Might try and get some more filter kick start gel tomorrow?

You can buy Lincs fish health '' pond detox formula '' on ebay…..but of course you would have to wait for delivery, maybe worth
getting a small tub in case they decide to do a 2nd coat...…….

Oh my goodness didn’t think about the 2nd coat!!! I think my water is ok just the nitrite was showing but it was “trace” at best. I will have a look on eBay now thanks very much Anne it’s really appreciated.
Just hopping it hasn’t knocked the filters back, Ive read the microbe lift products seem the best for giving the filters a boast.
