I got the rollers and heads from the grp supplier, tried off the shelf ones from screw fix and they either sheded or melted on exposure to the mix

It'll still look good once the water is in. You'll never know.

So I decided I was going to build a room around the grow on to save on heading cost and so it looks nicer.
Project is coming along well now
I needed to build it so I am able to remove the tank without taking the whole thing apart. I will also need access to the pumps, heater, uv, filter

Tank repositioned and supports added.
It will be insulated with 50mm boards.
The front lower panel can be removed.

A mate had some spare 3mm Perspex from an old commercial bike rack so he brought Bmw a large sheet over.. So I could add some windows.
Got the ship lap delivered for the cladding

I have not decided how I will finish the main opening for the tank.. I would like to add a hatch or maybe doors.. I am going to finish it open for now as the weather is not cold. But I have decided I will have a window at either end and will partition the filter and main tank off

First window framed and Perspex cut and fitted
Stained some of the wood, will wait to do their rest until the exterior is finished

Looking good Mikeh, and if you don't like the finished product you could always sell '' Mikes hotdogs '' or
'' Mikes ice cream '' from it, stick some wheels on it and she will be good to go...................

Thanks for the comments guys (and Anne)
I have managed to get it all treated now and got the roof on and felted. Just now need to source some trim for around the facias
Also managed to build a door for the front.. likely just have this for over winter
Few bits and pieces left to sort but all inside now Apart from the facias
