[QUOTE=RoyLittle0;323267]There isn't a lot that will stop a fox once it decides to visit, I've tried most things apart from a gun
Good job you don't live where I do, they live down the bottom of my garden and have done for years.. never caused
us or the neighbours any problems, the only thing that has a dig about sometimes are the Badgers
RS what Animal body parts do they leave ..…….? 'I'm intrigued

Haven't finished the Wildlife Pond yet as still haven't been able to go out and get rocks etc.
We found some nice rocks on a motorway bank but the only car access is the motorway itself, and I don't suppose parking in the hard shoulder to collect rocks is classed as an essential journey
Anyway, Pond is attracting flocks of birds which are coming down with their chicks and bathing each day.
Here's a quick vid. A cat jumped over the fence and ran towards them which is what frightened them off in the end. I have no idea why the upload quality is so poor, it is full HD on the phone but not once uploaded.
On video the pond sides look too steep for the birds, but there's a shallow bit on opposite side of pond where they're all walking about and washing, only that I couldn't get close enough to film that area without frightening them off.

Brilliant RS...... its amazing what wildlife a little pond will attract, saw my first Grass snake of the year in ours the
other day after tadpoles, usually have a couple of them. Not long out of hibernation I expect .

Wildlife puddle is starting to look more mature now everything is growing around it.
Still haven't got rocks to finish it off, went garden centre but no way I'm paying £7 per rock.
Still attracting loads of birds, maybe 50+ each day, and 2 Song Thrushes that hop around the water's edge for a good few hours each day and they will come within 2 feet of me to feed.
Sadly the local cat population has found the pond and taken a quite a few birds. I was gutted about it and now have cups of water dotted around the garden to throw at them until they get the message to not come back. I've also put mesh at the most vulnerable access points to stop the cats getting the birds without being spotted.
Pics of how it looks now:
