And for those that haven't seen them on other threads... This is the vision....
If it comes out half as good as the design renders I'll be a happy man!

The view from the kitchen window looks like it's going to be spot on... (You can just see the top of the ladders in the area where the glass window will be).

Have you won the lottery!?!? I mean it looks amazing and I am very jealous but that’s some serious funds needed for a project that size! Make sure you leave some back for the fish Looking forward to seeing your vision unfold!

No lottery win I’m afraid. Been grafting and building up my business over the last 17 years. I come from a humble background and not afraid of hard work and getting my hands dirty.
I’ve come up with most of the plans / ideas myself with my wife and a little help from the lady who done the renderings. I’ve researched and designed the pool and pond construction techniques, electrical and drainage requirements and apart from having two and a half guys (they have a young lad with them) doing most of the labour (my back pops at the thought of any heavy lifts), it’s all under my direction and I’m out there with them as much as I can.
I can tell you that despite taking a stab at the budget up front, it wasn’t enough as I’ve burned through that already!
As for fish, I have 14 koi in a quarantine tank currently, they’ve been stuck in there for 4 years now and won’t know what’s hit them when they go from 750 gals to circa 12,500 gals! Once the ponds all settled and any nps dealt with then I can start on growing the collection. With a bit of luck the bank account will have started to recover by then!

Absolutely amazing mate, i don't blame you for going at it all at the same time as opposed dragging it out over a long period doing one project at a time, we did the same here but boy was it messy, its nowhere near the grand scheme things as what your upto but we had internal walls knocked down a false wall installed, all ceilings ripped down and replaced downstairs, all electrics replaced, had a new porch and downstairs cloakroom built, had the whole house decorated, had a new patio installed and had the front garden dug out / levelled and finished with a nice new stone, had the pond and filter installed, all started Dec 2018 finished around May 2019 man it was cold with no doors on the front and rear of the house, good luck to you, everything you have done so far looks amazing, love the Gazebo.....

That's a lot of work to complete in 6 months. We've not long recovered from completely re-doing the house following a flood in the basement which destroyed all the home automation and required a rewire of the house and redecoration everywhere. But once we're doing with the garden, there's only really the driveway left which is already block paved so perfectly usable as it is. Oh yeah, and the five acre field that I have next door where I've been dumping the mud, but that's out of sight, out of mind!

Here's a picture from the first floor. I've marked in red the pond outline and the sunken patio area. The blue line represents where the glass window will be.
This was before I dug it out last weekend obviously, but it gives you an idea of where everything is supposed to be at!
