Productive couple of days.
Angled all the internal corners to help flow around the pond.
Glassed it all up and sanded it all, to make sure no sharpies.

updated pics, filter pit built, with drum and bio chamber installed, 2 x vario pumps etc etc, pond Is now up and running, fish have been in and drum running for just a couple of days, water still clearing due to a drum hitch. The customer fitted it himself and no instructions had been sent with the drum, so it wasn't working correctly, problem solved now though and working sweet. Got to say it might not be the most practical koi pond but its beautiful. The visible water return over the top of the wall, is awaiting a stainless bakki shower arriving.

Quotes for pond building, and fibre glassing at very competitive prices.
Thanks

the drum is a burtons 500 model, the bio chamber was from the same place, so i assume burtons make them too, im not sure, the customer brought all that gear himself.
They are cheaper to buy than many drums, quality isnt quite as good as some imo, but it does what it says on the tin.
Running heater at low temp?
Covering the pond with polycarb should be enough to stop water temps dipping below 6C for the most...
