That sounds horrendous! Both the resolution to a problem they created and choosing one of your pets to be a guinea pig.

Without using a guinea pig can you not send a sample of water somewhere to carry out a full analysis of the water payable by the roofing company.

I'm glad he would pay for the sandpaper and paint, but what about your time etc.... Not a good position for you

    Hope all goes well
When I’m dead I hope my Mrs doesn’t sell my fishing gear for what I told her they cost!

Did they use proper flowcoat? You need to take all the waxy stuff off else nothing will stick to it, and what “paint” did they supply you with?
I’d be more than nervous to be fair

All back in now, really look good against the green, swimming around enjoying their newly decorated pond, I am sure you can see them smiling.

Second that - Ken has fibre glassed previous ponds for me and his lads travelled down to the south coast to do mine a couple of years back - very pleased with the work.

After seeing all the positive reviews online I spoke to Matt from https://www.thatpondguy.co.uk/ , sent him the details and got a quote to do my pond. The quote was as I was expecing so got it booked in and a few weeks later my pond was fibreglassed and I have to say the guys did an absolutely fantastic job. Thoroughly recommended.
