I thought Fred emptied his PMs recently or was that someone else? so unless he PMs much more than he posts I thought it wouldn't be anywhere near full again by now

I don't understand this mate.
In winter mine only cleans a few times a day and never needs resetting. It only needs resetting if the drum is spinning for 4 minutes and the float hasn't returned to full height within that time. Could your float be too high?

I altered the float deeper lol. And it still did.
It. don t understand it either. That's why I changed it. All I know is with the new controller my nexus water raises and lowers. But now I have put the old controller on . It stays level lol. And I am using the new sensor probe. As well. So it cannot be the sensor. As since the change
Out. Everything is running brilliantly.
No timing out. And no dumping my nexus water. It was doing my head in. Now I am relaxed about it. I can set the probe where I
Want now. Manually. For the wash time. And not rely on digital clocks. That I don t have a clue about. Theres a couple of people it has happened to as well lol.

I think that's something you need to get to the bottom of Fred as without 2 working controllers one of your drums is basically redundant.

My digital controller is perfect.
Well, almost.
I don't like the fact it goes to fail safe and switches off if drum has been spinning for more than 4 minutes. It has caught me out a couple of times when purging bottom drain and Nexus hasn't filled back up within the 4 minutes.

Hi Fred
sorry for late reply been tad busy...that’s not good, mine has digi numbers and in winter goes over 99 and still ok, just resets when cleans...over 99 and u get weird digits but that’s all. No auto dumping. Have u spoken to Tony, I’m sure he will sort it? Cheers bud

Cheers mate. Good to hear that lol.
Mine did nt reset lol. Once it starts dumping. There is no water there for it to do a clean. For the senser to do its thing.
If that makes sense. Meaning the senser is hanging mid air. With no water. So cannot trip in to wash. Lol. There is nothing wrong with the senser. As now I have changed to my old control box. With no digits and numbers. It's great again.
It's been running 6 days now. On old controller box. And new senser. And no problems. So it has to be that lol. I am staying with this now lol. I may drop tony an email. Take care

maybe you have just given me the answer to the problem there mate. funnily enough. on the occasions it has happened. i have flushed the bottom drain that day. i always have it washing as i lower the water in the nexus and as
it fills back up lol. obviously to get rid of the crap as it is purging. so maybe it is going longer then it should be. in fact i know it is longer then 4 minutes. how do you reset it lol. when this happens. or is the answer put the emergency stop in when purging bottom drain lol. Thanks for that.

Yep, run a wash, then emergency stop before you purge, then switch it back on when water level comes back up.
Or if you forget just hold the float up to trick it.
If you do leave it on and it cuts out, press emergency stop and wait for red light to go out and it will be reset.

Cheers mate. Going to leave this controller on. Through winter now.
Still don t trust that new one. When next year comes around. I will swap it back.
And have a play with it. When I am there more. Because of the warmer weather.
One positive is I know the controller works on both drums.
I was not sure untill I changed it out.
Thanks mate
