My drum was on the lowest you could go. And the water overflow. Was nt coming over the top of the waste tray. That's why I drilled them holes in waste tray.

My last control panel did nt have any red numbers. Digital. What are they for. And what are they telling me.
    I ain't got a clue lol.

Nice one mate. The number on the control panel is how many minutes it is doing before a wash. I had a weird dial E3, basically if itís taking more than 99 mins to wash it canít display it so gives that weird message so watch out for that. You can just adjust the float switch in the drum to get it to where you need it. Mine is washing around every 50/60 mins. When I first had it on it was working hard getting the fines out so going every 20 mins or so.

At least being a vampir has it's advantages Fred, when you try to take a photo from directly above your pond you don't have to worry about your reflection in the picture

Just been out cleaning all the filters so just topping the pond back up.

I think I had a bit of a SNAFU earlier

I thought the float valve was extremely loud considering it was almost fully open and when I checked the flow meter I found it was running at just over 9 lpm I think it is only rated at 8 lpm max and I normally try to run it at something like 4 to 5 lpm to be on the safe side

I'll go to check on the fish tomorrow morning and find I've got a pond full of albino fish where the chlorinated water has bleached them over night

I think a quick test with some DPD4 tablets is in order ASAP !!!

The filter is only rated at about 8 lpm not the flow meter as that's rated from 1.5 to 25 lpm

So far so good just tested for chlorine and got a zero reading, no signs of pink water even after a minute or 2

Pond topped up, just swapped the 400 micron filter sock for a 200 micron filter sock at about 4:15 pm and going to see how long it takes to block enough to need cleaning.

Chucked some food in just before 5 pm and got a free shower as a result of the feeding frenzy lol
