So sorry to hear that Fred, hopefully when this is all over people will be more appreciative of local businesses and you can re open and see the place soar better than ever.

after mentioning how hard it is to fish or net in 6 feet of water guess what
kiss of death mattalic fish raised scales. got it out. and PP on a cotton bud put neat PP under the scales. scraped it. no parasites that I could see. then PP bathed it for 5 minutes.
had to put it back in the pond, as my qt was at 20c and my pond was 10.2c. keep an eye on it now.

I did nt topical treat lol.
just PP under the scales 2 of them. its a doitsu matalic. so did nt topical treat. as its scales looked good. I did the same to my doitsu chag last year, and that one is great now.
then PP dip. if the pond and qt temps had been closer. I would have put it in there with salt. at 22c heat. in fact I may just do that. and bring the qt down to pond temps.
took some bloody catching lol

Nexus yearly ckeanout and inspection.
Backs f______ killing me.
But the fish are worth it.
Tools for the job
Stowed some in ultra sieve
The rest outside. Spot less inside the nexus 320. Draco drum is doing a grand job.

Well done Fred, did mine yesterday, and jet washed inner chamber of Nexus..got rid of some fine sludge that builds up over time, in the bottom even with the Draco..changed UV bulb too..loving this sunshine this weekend! Rest up with a beer mate!
