    Hi Alex,
    Best thing do to is set the sleepers onto a concrete collar around the perimeter of the pond.
    Then lay sleepers in position and drill holes through them with a long drill bit (I did 16mm), then remove top layer of sleepers and switch to a 16mm concrete bit and use bottom sleeper as a guide to drill through the concrete collar.

    Then put sleepers back into position and screw them together using 150mm and 250mm Timberlok screws.

    Then sledge hammer 1 metre lengths of 16mm rebar through the holes you drilled through the sleepers and down through the concrete and into the ground below.

    The sleepers will never move after this.
