Hi Paz,
Personally I’d exercise real caution over buying pre-used electrical items. Whilst not always sold faulty intentionally, the following disadvantages exist:
Not always do you know the true age
Some items may have been ‘repaired’
Bulbs often require immediate replacement - they are not cheap
No product guarantee exist
Once removed from the original site - problems can occur
UVs are delicate and can break in the post (bulb and quartz) - again no comebacks
Fixing used products can quickly become ‘Triggers Broom’
Often - buy cheap buy twice exists...
I can supply a new one at a competitive price if you were interest in going down that route. Please PM me if interested.
Cheers

Myself and AJM got caught out by the same person selling 2 sequence pumps last year. The photos of the pump I got were showing the pump was connected to the pre filter but when it arrived it obviously was missing various fittings to make it fit the pre filter and from what I heard from AJM the pump he got was properly knackered internally and was beyond rewinding etc.
The member selling the pumps was doing it for a friend of theirs and I don't think that member has been on here since surprisingly
