    Eric 3 Pond Filter

Having just doubled the size of my pond I'm now putting my original filter up for sale.
Its the original model Eric 3 with the triple row brush box and 4x matt cartridges (the new model has a single row of brushes and 3 cartridges)
All in perfect working order, the only thing I will be doing before the sale is giving it a jet-wash and fitting new stainless hinges to the lid.
This has been an external filter so there is some sun bleaching to the lid but its obviously only cosmetic.

Included in the sale will be:
Eric 3 filter with brush box, 4x E-Mat cartridges, stand pipe, rubber fittings for inlet and drain, pressure fittings and ball valve for return, custom galvanized metal frame/stand.

I know these filters are like marmite but I can only speak from experience, having run it for nearly 5 years.
I've never had ammonia or nitrite spikes even with heavy feeding on 3000gal and I can completely strip, clean and have it back up and running in about 15 minutes, they really are extremely simple but effective filters.
The only thing I would have done if Id kept the pond the original size is put a drum in front of it to improve fines, but I don't think there is a filter on the market that wouldn't benefit from the same.

If it wasn't for the room the pond extension has taken and reducing my filtration footprint Id have incorporated this filter into my new setup.

I've not advertised it elsewhere yet as Id like to give forum members first shout.
Its now off the pond and ready to go, collection from Lincoln LN6 when allowed to do so.

Looking for £500 with no offers please (the new version is £1500.00 and not as good in my opinion).

    Any questions please fire away!

I'll get you the dimensions and a few photos later today Wain.
The stand can easily be altered to suit whatever height you want as its built from Unistrut and would only need the legs changing.
I fine tuned the height by adding paving slabs to the top of the stand, you could also do the same under the feet.

For everyone that has messaged/ asked:
    Maximum length: 1680mm
    Maximum width: 600mm
    Filter height: 580mm
    Stand height :250mm

Dimensions don't obviously include any pipework connections.

I'll try and upload some pics now.
