Shutting down our pond - selling everything - don't know what it's worth

    Hello folks,
we're moving house, new owners do not want the pond, and it's with great sadness that we are having to close it down. It was only renovated in 2016
We also have nowhere to relocate the current pond to and won't do for some months/years.
So our 22,000 litre pond is being shut down and everything has to go.
But I have no idea what to ask for it.

Here is the most recent video I took of the pond (from 2019):

I made a timelapse of its renovation in 2016 which has had 3.8 million views!!!! That's here:

The filter system is a big (and old - at least 15 years) Kockney Koi multi-chamber job like the KF20000 shown here:
KF 20,000 Fibreglass Filter - Kockney Koi
There's a UV filter, air pump, Oase skimmer and Hozelock pump and a Hozelock Aquaforce 12000 pump for the main filtering.
There are about 10-15 fish which are maybe 12-15 inches long and lots of smaller fish which have bred in the pond. You can see them in the first video above.
All the fish have been bought from local pond shops and are Israeli of types unknown to me, (I'm not an expert, just loved sitting by the pond watching the fish).

We are based in South Birmingham.
Someone has offered £400 to come, drain the pond, dismantle the filter system and take it and all the fish away. They don't want the slabs from around the pond, the liner or the cobbles or plants, of course.
    Is £400 reasonable?
If not, does anyone want to offer more?

    Many thanks.

Hi, sorry to hear you're closing your pond down.
I think the offer of £400 is a little on the low side.
I recently sold a kockney koi 20000 for £360 on its own
5000 Gallon Fibreglassed Pond With 54" x 27" Infinity Window
    BD300 Drum Filter
    Artesian 0.5hp - Aquadyne 4.4c Beadfilter - PS4 Protein Shower
Badu Eco Touch - EP20 UV Sterilizer - ASHP - Venturi
Hi Blo 60 - Medo 45 - Spindrifter Bottom Drain
    Wide Mouthed Skimmer

Thanks for the feedback. It's not a KF 20000, though. It's a much older version. On the down side, it s a very specialised product, so finding a buyer will take some time, And on the up side, I've got a few months to sell it.

To some degree having someone do it all saves some hassle?

    That's certainly true.
Are the fish only worth a couple of hundred quid, then?
Is there any extra value in Koi that have bred naturally in the UK?

You would need all the breeder and blood line details pictures and measurements. . Imo I think its impossible to price a fish at what's it's worth but at the end of the day a any thing is only worth what some one is willing to pay for it
