A lot calmer for me now after multiple treatments, last one was lernex pro and the flukes are finally gone. However, had one more koi follow the same pattern, resting on bottom for a week then died today, upon scrape I found this, is it Chilo or Tetra?

    Looks like Chilodonella to me.

It was the bottom one in the first video that changed into a human ear shape that confirmed it for me.

Can never be 100% as they seem to look slightly different every time you see them, I guess there's multiple varieties, but the diagnosis fits considering fish are dying, and that's what chilo do once in numbers like you have.

I’d say Chilo too, Duncan’s ICC from the Chemical Factory might be the answer?
13,243 gallons, Filtreau HF30’s K1 capacity of 1,400l, Bakki Shower, BHM and understanding wife

    Looks like chilo.
I would treat immediately.theae are a real menace..

ICC would be my 1st choice.
If you have M&F use that.

What scope are you using? And what magnification are you on for the last one? Those images are very good.
2660 Gallons. 4" Bottom Drain and Skimmer. Draco Solum 16 Drum. Anoxic Filtration. Air lift returns.
