I would try giving them a break from chemicals and to concentrate on keeping water good and trying to keep temps stable.
Any remaining parasite issues will show themselves very quickly once temps hit 15/18C.
Mine are unheated and I seem to get issues every spring, sometimes amounting to nothing, other times parasites, and occasionally it just cannot be explained.
Last couple of weeks I've had them all sulking on bottom one by one lasting for 4 or 5 days then they seem to recover from it. I've got a couple lunking, some spitting food, some not eating for a day or 2 and then spitting food for a couple of days before recovering. No flashing whatsoever. Then on a warm evening they will all be lively and happy. Every year I get something that baffles me but these days I sit on my hands and hold off for as long as possible for temps to rise and if things don't improve I scrape and if parasites found I'll hit them hard and fast with the appropriate treatment.

The only thing I've ever really added to the pond other than treatments and ST crystals is Paula's Pond Detox Formula. I've used it when I've suspected chemicals leaching into the pond from a cheapo liner in my old anoxic filter, and also when I suspected poisonous pollen was causing issues.
