It does but sometimes if parasites are present where they cause damage you get bacterial issues he needs to find out what’s caused it and treat it

Disappointing that the previous home owner left you to deal with this, I'd be fuming.

More disappointing is the fact that the person they recommended to diagnose does not know what parasites they were looking at.

Did they test all the water parameters before bowling and scraping a fish?

I would hope so and I would hope they gave you the full details of what the water parameters were, what they should be, and how to maintain them. If they did not I can only say I hope they didn't charge you.

Gill filaments look pale on the earlier photos, clearly a problem somewhere.

1 or 2 parasites isn't necessarily a big problem, depending on what they are of course. But 1 or 2 parasites in a skin scrape that is no bigger than 10mm likely indicates there's many more on the rest of the fish.

1 or 2 costia would be enough for me to order treatment and get it dealt with, 1 or 2 white spot is enough for me to drive to the shop right now and buy treatment for immediate adminstration. 1 or 2 Trichodina or skin flukes can wait if the fish aren't showing any major symptoms - but yours clearly are.

If you are local to me in Kent I'd be happy to pop round and take a look, if not, it is still worth sharing your location in case someone else is nearby. Its a big step between inheriting a pond and a week later having to learn how to manage water and identify parasites, not a pleasant one either as it takes the enjoyment from the pond/fish before you've even started.

did fast water test today using quickstick 6in1:
    nitrate 10-25
    nitrite 0
    gh between 7 and 14
    kh 6-10
    ph 7.6-8
    chlorine 0

using jbl no2 test im getting nitrite 0.05 or 0.1 depends on feeding...

did microscope for the first time today... maybe because it was my first time doing it i found nothing on one koi, didnt catch others because theyre so fast and i dont want to make a lot of stress to these babies, will try catch another one tomorrow.

If these are secondary infections there could well be bacteria present now but that is not necessarily the cause.

The cause could still be parasites, and some parasites can be tricky to find and require x400 magnification to spot them.

While you are trying to get to the bottom of the problem it would be sensible to treat the injured areas with something like Tamodine that will kill all bacteria on contact.

What is the fish behaviour like in the pond, i.e bottom sitting, flashing, clamped fins etc?

she swims well, active, eating... maybe after taking muscus she stayed alone for some time... will check on her tomorrow again...

tried to look for moving objects switching from 100 to 400x... found some interesting things but they wasnt moving so i guess its not parasites..

If you've got a Koi Dealer close to you give them a ring, he may also know of a Koi club in your area and I'm sure they'd have a Koi [fish] health officer who could come and check things out for you.

You need the help of a Koi Health person, you seem to have a few issues going on and unfortunately the answers you need are difficult to give on a forum, there's a koi dealer in Wimborne called Wimborne Koi, not sure how far that is from Bournemouth, but I'm sure if you ring him he may have a contact that could help you.
Chucking all sorts of treatments isn't gonna help you need to find out as to what is causing your issues, make that your number one priority seriously, other wise you're never gonna get to the bottom of your issues.
