just had a letter from northern power stating that power will be off 9am to 4pm a week on wednesday. seven hours with out filtration not too concernered but oxygen level not too sure. 6500 ltr pond and 19 fish five about 50cm
five about 40cm and the rest 15 to 25cm
thinking of putting hose on and spraying across surface of pond.

Never come across them either but google is your friend, seems they are largely comprised of hydrogen peroxide, live and learn

Used oxy tabs but mainly in cold water aquariums

Think I'd be tempted to jet the hosepipe full bore into the pond a foot or so off the surface & dose with ST in advance, should keep on top of things.

I've got a small generator for when this scenario arises, just a small Clarke one that will generate 700w continuous, about 225..... Enough to run an air pump and a couple of water pumps if they are low wattage or turned down on variable.
