    Egg bound koi...I think

My female's stomach is big and she has been hanging around the bottom of the pond for 2 weeks. Today she is lying on her side.
This would be her fifth year to birth babies but the six males in the pond seem to not be doing their part.

Water tested fine. 5,000 gallon pond.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

Sorry to hear you lost your fish mate.

Not nice when you lose a fish.

I have a koi that is full of eggs, she has been like this for the last three years.
I have just left her hoping she will get rid of them naturally, I thought they could reabsorb them if they are not used.
I know you can inject them but have never done this before, is there any clear guidelines on when to intervene or let nature take its course?

I haven't got the heat exchanger connected back up to the pond yet so can't heat at the moment.
I have only ever injected koi with antibiotics, is this an easy thing to do or should I see if I can get someone to help?

When I typed in Google eggbound koi.
YouTube was there with a few videos.
One was showing getting injection in the fish. Even which scale he injected. And how to take it out.
It's in the 2nd video eggbound koi part 2
