Thread: Pink mucus?

  1. #1

    Pink mucus?

Our Purachina had a pinky orange patch on his head that arrived within a few days. Over the weekend we bowled him up, sedated him and checked the patch out.
It was like a jelly/mucus with small blood spots underneath. We removed the stuff, which wiped away quite easily and cleaned the area. It did bleed a tiny bit.
Has anyone seen this before? It was really strange looking.

Sadly not, hopefully you have caught what ever it was in time, could it have been an abrasion from something in the pond?
