Dropsy and treatment
One Koi with dropsy. Scraped her last weekend and definitely had skin flukes. Dose of flukesolv added.
We were hoping that the salt level of .5% would help. She is still looking for food and swimming around with the rest.
Hospital tank set up today and we will salt to .6, add heat and probably acriflavine. What I don’t understand is that Kusuri state that the fish should receive 6 to 10 doses with a break of 3 days in between. Does that mean we need to empty the tank each time we treat?
I know she’s unlikely to survive but I have to try.
All help appreciated
